Location is on walking distance of the centre.
Free coffee and a nice balcony.
We stayed three days but nobody cleaned the room.

Súper cómodo! El parking está cruzando a tan solo 8 euros. Había aire acondicionado que es súper importante en verano. Tiene un Market también a pocos metros lo que lo hace muy conveniente cuando uno llega cansado de recorrer y poder comprar comida allí.
No había tostadora ni microondas. Y fue un tercer piso x escalera. La locación no es la mejor pero como nosotros íbamos a recorrer todos los pueblos del Mosel daba igual.

Breakfast is good, especially the breads was toasted soft inside, crispy outside. Room small can't even open both our luggage. Have to walk across the bridge over to the town.

The property is a bit outside of the center of Trier, but is easily accessible, has a lot you can reserve a space in, and is still walkable to all the sites.
The bathtub, which was a positive, doesn’t really have a shower setup in the room we were in (103), but a handheld shower sprayer more at the tub spout level. I was able to make it work (38M) but might be trickier for others.
The hotel has a great view, however, sirens were common as a hospital is right across the river.

Good value, decent rooms. Really nice breakfast - good variety of very well planned ingredients. Helpful receptionist. Convenient parking. Good view over the river.

The staff was friendly and they had gummy candies on arrival. It was located very close to the things we wanted to see.
There wasn't an elevator and we had to carry our belongings up two flights of stairs in a very narrow spiralling staircase.

The bed was comfortable.
I would have liked to been told how to set the radiator heaters. They turned off in the middle of the night and I didn't know if they would come back on. They did. Also the blow-dryer overheated before my hair was dry.

The hotel has a view to the river.The best part and was warm even-though the weather was super cold outside.
The staff in the restaurant in a rush, you cannot smoke on the balcony.

Location was good.
When we checked in, we were told we have booked two rooms with only one person in each room. We had booked for 2 in each room. We were told we needed to pay an additional 30E/room. Our reservation showed 4 people. It took some convincing before the person at the desk, who was concerned about pleasing his manager, finally agreed not to charge the extra 60E. I don't know if this was a hotel or a Booking mix up.

Very good breakfast buffet and a great staff member there.
The hotel is only partly renovated and we were put in a very old room. And now that was not clear while booking. We could hear neighbors in the room next door talking, the ones above us walking around, the vent in the bathroom didn't work, the shower had mould...

Room was great, great location, clean and modern.
Air con broke twice, first time they sent someone to fix it ( 4 days later ) second time no one came to fix it and we had wet towels on the floor for the rest of our stay( from the leaking air con ) and a hot room. Everything else was good.

Lovely spacious room overlooking the Mosel with a great view of trier. The room is well furnished with a sofa and desk and would-be ideal for a longer stay.
The breakfasts seemed somewhat expensive.

It’s pretty close to the city center, but without the crowds. Therefore we love it!
Dogs are not allowed in restaurants area. For improvement, it would be good to separate to accommodate guests with dogs and without dogs.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, location was convenient, room was clean. Free coffee to go when we left was super nice!!
Extra fee for parking was quite expensive. The bathroom facilities like tiles and window frame were damaged. I expected more decoration following the coffee fellows style or logo.

The hotel belongs to the coffee shop chain "Coffee Fellows," and, as it should be, the breakfast provides good cappuccino, latte, etc. My favorite mix was to take the hot milk from the machine and mix it with the filter coffee from the thermal can to my taste. The room we had faced the river and was very quiet. The windows had a net to prevent mosquitoes from entering—a good thing. The room had good space, comfortable mattresses, and pillows, and provided a wardrobe. The bathroom was clean, small, and essential, with little space. The shower was perfect. There are supermarkets within walking distance, and the old town is also accessible. The hotel has an elevator too. The parking place is charged separately, but the price for 24h is reasonable. Finally, the staff was very polite and attentive
There were no door hangers with "do not disturb" or "please make up the room," although we were never disturbed. We don't know if there is reasonable control over whether the guest is inside the room or if it was just lucky nobody disturbed us. Our room wasn't cleaned during our three-day stay. We did not claim it because it was not necessary to clean. But, usually, there should be information inside the room saying the cleaning or room make-up policy, if we have to request, if it is every a certain number of days, or if the cleaning is per stay. The problem is only the accumulated trash.
