The location is excellent and they have limited private parking. The bed was good and the breakfast very good. The staff, when actually present, were very nice.
I had an expensive room, nevertheless the walls were covered in dead swatted bugs which I thought was gross.
The whole online check in and check out thing is difficult and annoying. It is fine that it is there but it should be optional not mandatory.

The mattress was a bit hard and the pillows are not the most comfy. They could provide additional small pillows as well. Bit overpriced for 1 night stay

Súper cómodo! El parking está cruzando a tan solo 8 euros. Había aire acondicionado que es súper importante en verano. Tiene un Market también a pocos metros lo que lo hace muy conveniente cuando uno llega cansado de recorrer y poder comprar comida allí.
No había tostadora ni microondas. Y fue un tercer piso x escalera. La locación no es la mejor pero como nosotros íbamos a recorrer todos los pueblos del Mosel daba igual.

It had parking for the motorbike. And the receptionist was friendly enough but not able to help.
It was very clean. The area wasn’t nice and it didn’t feel very safe. Photo’s on Bookings were not what we saw. No air conditioning in most of the rooms.

Very Good
Very friendly staff - good OK size room with air-condition (which was the reason why we went to the hotel). The hotel is perfect situated on the Mosel river bank and easy to cross the Romerbridge to Trier centrum. Dog friendly - but dogs not accepted in the breakfast room.
As mentioned the hotel was situation with easy access to center - but the neighbourhood was little attractive- very dirty streets and strange persons living in some of the buildings around the hotel.
