We have stayed many times before. It is well located on the edge of the busy city.
We were provided with a fan as there was no air con.

The hotel was located close to the various Roman ruins that make Trier so interesting. Trips to the amphitheatre and baths are well worth it. There are many good restaurants nearby and if you do not have breakfast in the hotel then the nearby cafe Leanis does an excellent breakfast.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good and the location was good.
Everything was clean.
The carpet in the rooms needs to go! Its dark brown/grey color just looked dirty and dingy - even though it wasn’t. Replace it with non-carpet flooring! Right now it gives off an icky vibe.
The bathroom felt outdated and needs an upgrade.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The rooms were lovely with very comfortable beds. This hotel is very well located for visiting the city.
