Very helpful staff and a convenient option to be near the city market centre. Everything was only a short distance for walking
The single bed was a bit uncomfortable but only bc I am used to a bigger bed. Didn’t like the pillow options much but otherwise room was comfortable if a little spartan.

Very convenient for visiting Trier. Staff very helpful.
Parking a bit crazy. Make sure your car isn't too high! You have to use a self operating lift for some spaces & it's very tight!

It's absolutely downtown and very close to the sights of Trier.
We chose the hotel because my mother has serious difficulties to walk and the hotel says that they offer parking. But it turned out that they have only space for three normally sized cars, other than that your car has to be lower than 1,50m which is very rare these days. We had to park in a public place that costs 18 Euros a day. Unloading the car turned out difficult because the entrance is in a pedestrian area. When I asked if we would get in trouble to unload our baggage there they told only replied that illegally parking your car there to unload would cost 600 Euros. They should communicate the situation better beforehand. Other than that people from the local bar downstairs partied until late, and it was loud, but I guess that happens when you're staying at a place downtown.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Bathroom and Showers were spotlessly clean.
The room was accessed by electronic code and worked very well.
Room had Air Conditioning and worked brilliantly for our stay.
Safe in room and TV also .
Location is very Central and just metres from the Main Square.
Minor issue, but a kettle would have been a nice addition
