Kitchen utensils poorly maintained.
Bed not comfortable.
At midnight someone tried to open our door.
When I went out there were a group of teenagers saying they booked a room but don’t know which one so they tried to open. They were so noisy and we got disturbed while sleeping.

nice greeting on check in. large room. Quiet at night.
The bathroom has a strong smell of cigarettes which we tried to shift but it just kept getting stronger as if someone was smoking in there.
On street parking as advertised but not always a space.

Nice,cosy and comfortable room.Convenient location,baby friendly.
There was a delay about the taking of keys but it is ok,as the room was satisfying and so we did not have any problem,everything was fine.

Easy drive to Trier. Water pressure in shower was good, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds
Be prepared to carry luggage up 3 floors!

Staff was very friendly, good restaurant on the property, the owner help me get another place to stay when I wanted to stay another day and moved my bags for me.
A bit far from the town center, not really a problem if you have a bike or car.

Spacious room, minor details looked into and provided in the kitchenette, fast check-in, efficient service in the in-house restaurant, good location to access Trier and hikes around.
No handwash in the bathroom. That and a mirror in the room itself would be nice!
