The lady that owned it is brilliant, very laid back, and helpful. She gave us recommendations for dinner. Nice breakfast, and even though the bar isn't open, you can buy beer and wine there. Really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing, but it would be nice if there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Unique location with spectacular view, very quiet, friendly personnel, very bright and clean room with great view as well. Room and hotel felt very fresh and well kept, despite the building being old.
Easy and free parking.
A pity there is no restaurant service anymore, except breakfast. Wifi a bit unstable.

Room was like a fridge on arrival - the heating had been turned off. No lift. Shower a bit small.

Hidden gem outside of Trier. Out of the way of all hassle. Very quite.
Is not walkable to Trier and nothing to do around the property. No kettle or coffee facilities in the room.
