The host was so friendly that she met us at the train station and drove us to the property.
The place had facilities that we hadn't counted on, such as heating, plates and dishes, which were helpful.
The location was also very convenient, as it was right next to a bus station, but also relatively close to the city centre.

The host is a very welcoming and sensitive lady. She is very reactive in case of need and always ready to help.
It reminded me of olden days hospitality when meeting travellers and having guests was considered as something very meaningful. And there was a genuine interest in the life of others.
From the top floor attic there is a magnificent view of St. Mathias Basilika that is well worth a visit.
Don't expect any frills, but there is all that you may need.

I set arrival time to 8:00-9:00pm, and I arrived there 8:30pm, I knocked the door and screamed till to 9:00pm. I saw the lights on and I knew someone was there but he decide to close the windows and turn lights off. Then, my wife and me decide to sleep inside our car. That was the worst experience in my life. I recommend booking.com unlist that hotel.

The owner didn't answer the call. I had to wait for longer than 30 mins outside the door. Nobody opened the door. I had to call the booking customer care. It was a very bad experience.

The best part was leaving. My girlfriend got pregnant by sitting on the couch. When I touched the kitchen cabinets I got multiple std’s. If found out two days ago.
The washing machine dates out of the same times as the building 1740. The stuff inside was even older and I suspect a cover up murder. At least that’s what it smelled like. Good thing you can’t leave with a bad feelin. Would definitely come back and take Jeffrey with me

I would never recommend renting it for the following reasons:
The rental was for a studio with a terrace for three people and another studio for two people. What was delivered to us was a student apartment with 3 bedrooms without any terrace or living room, and the second one was correct.
The larger apartment is in very bad condition, dirty, old, and dilapidated. Even the bed mattresses and covers are of poor quality. All the doors make noise and do not close smoothly.
The apartment is infested with insects, spiders, and bees. Attached is a picture of this.
There are no fans for ventilation in this hot weather.
The bed covers are old but were clean.
There is no credibility in the dealings.
The photos are completely different from reality. I tried to contact the owner of the apartment by phone and on WhatsApp after they received the rent in cash as they requested before delivering the apartments, but the phone was off the whole time.

Nothing place was not clean or as described
Not clean. Location is not accurate or close to city centre. Holes in sheets and ratty towels uncomfortable beds and dirty kitchen and floors. . Had to meet owner at another location to get the key and then they only would accept cash and then drive to the actual property. 6 am on a Saturday morning contractors arrived and started crazy loud construction. This was not as described on listing.

I had a horrible experience, the house was completely dirty, these people don't take any care with cleaning, old sheets, still with the marks and hair of the person who slept the night before, the shower was broken, without a doubt the worst place I've ever stayed, I don't recommend it to anyone, I will never go back to this house.

The honorable lady is a very wonderful and kind host. The accommodation is very nice for two people together. There is a kitchen, everything is available, a clean bathroom and rooms. It is also very close to the city center and the train station. I had a very comfortable stay and it is much better and cheaper than the hotel because I made my own food.

This apartment would only be suitable for people who have not had any roof over their heads for the past couple of years.
We strongly advise against choosing these apartments for tourists or visitors. From our personal experience: we paid 187 euros in cash at a different location, received the keys, then decided to explore the city and enjoy local cuisine. However, upon arriving at the apartment, we were utterly shocked: it was filthy, covered in mold, the toilet hadn't been cleaned seemingly since its installation, and the curtains were dirty. Most egregiously, the actual apartment bore no resemblance to the photos on the website. It's a complete deception. The owner blatantly deceives clients and displays a contemptuous attitude towards foreigners. Furthermore, the advertised terrace does not exist, and the view outside the window is of a dug-up courtyard. The owner has adamantly refused to issue a refund.
