Very Poor
Rude and unprofessional staff/manager named Kelly. Dirty, smelly room. Unchanged beddings, uncollected used towel from previous guest.

Wonderful
The room and bathroom were clean. I had all basics that I needed. Having a small fridge would be good, though, especially when not buying the breakfast from the hotel.
Keep in your mind that though it is next to train station on the map, you need to walk 15 minutes to reach out the hotel. There is no underground access to the hotel side.
Somewhat late checked-in is not available in some hotels in the region, this hotel offers self-checked-in if you are late.

Very Good
The staff was friendly. It is a basic hotel but very clean and comfortable room. It was nice and quiet. It was value for money and I would recommend it.
There is no tea or coffee available in the room but you can easily get it from the machine (paid) in the lobby. The location is a bit off the beaten track, not in the city center but reasonable close by.

AC!! Had everything we needed.
Location on “wrong side of the tracks “.
Breakfast was too expensive.

Good location, slightly misleading because it's on the other side if the tracks from the train station so it's actually about a 15 min walk to board the train, but not that bad and actually pretty quiet in the room. Beds are small but comfortable. Easy check in and check out process.
The rooms are very small. And not much of a view. Maybe a little overpriced but for the cleanliness and quietness of the room I'd stay again.

Pleasant
I cannot complain about the facility itself, but the location was not so pleasant
As I mentioned the location is not the best, but by car it’s quite close to city center

Very Good
Comfy beds, more than decent price, great check-in and no key to lug around.
The only complaints I have are the heating (a bit too warm) and the water temperature (not so constant).

Good
The breakfast, several check-in-terminals, the staff. Although the hotel faces a street (and I stayed on the ground floor), there has been little outside noice at night.
One of the check-in terminals has "frozen" in the middle of the procedure, so I had to go to another one. The pillow was to high and the bed too soft which was an unlucky combination for me. The light in the bathroom which couldn't be turned off and lit my room from under the bathroom door. The hotel is located directly next to the central station, however, there's no exit from the station to the Güterstrasse where the hotel stands, so you have to take a 1 km walk, to reach the hotel, if you get to Trier by train.

Very Good
The room was very good and easy to check in. The kids like the bunk bed. The hotel accepts late check in and has its own parking spots which is plus. There is a code for parking where it has to be obtained at reception to enter the parking spot. There is Domino pizza shop and grocery shop nearby which is handy. Though the hotel is not close to city, it is a short drive to the city. We didnt book the breakfast but it is available for a price.
Bathroom is small, but it works well

Hotel was excellent, clean and had everything we needed!
It is hard to walk into town because you have to go around the train station which adds and extra 15 minutes. So the location is not hugely convenient for walking, but they do provide excellent parking for cars!

Very Good
The room and beds are comfortable and perfectly suited for a family of four.
My child found some empty glass bottles under the main bed that another guest had hid there.

Good
The room was clean and had a nice bathroom. The curtains actually kept the sunlight out, which is very important for me. I cannot complain about the bed. There's an excellent parking lot for your car. The hotel is fairly close, but not very close, to the main attractions on foot.
There's often queue at the reception. In alternative, there's an automated check-in system, but it did not work very well for us. It requested us to pay again, which we did not (of course) do. As a result, we had to queue to talk to the receptionist, who was very kind and checked us in without us having to give him all the data again.

Wonderful
Not far from downtown Trier. They offer breakfast. The staff was very wonderful!
We had a quad room and it was quite tight. Just don’t expect a spacious room.
Unfortunately, we were under a room that had a huge party and kept us up half the night!

Good
Good air conditioning in the room for hot days. A big Rewe supermarket is nearby.
The beds were not very comfortable. The location behind the train station requires some walking to get to the station or inner-city.

The staff was very useful.
The hotel is in the wrong part of the city, and this was the smallest triple room I have ever been.
