The Hotel is so quaint. Very clean and comfortable. The service from the reception was so friendly and helpful. Without knowing it we had dinner in their Michelin * restaurant. No words can explain the exquisite dishes of the Degustation Menu - Art on a plate.

the location of the hotel was excellent, close to the old town and easily accessible from the airport.
The room was a bit small, it lacked space to open suitcases comfortably. Because of the location of the room on the first floor, you could easily hear people leaving the restaurant late at night and hanging around in the hotel lobby talking quite loudly.

Location near Weiße Turm u-bahn and Christmas market was just there.
Messy and cluttered. One shower was broken and this was not conveyed to us before our arrival. The remaining shower was cramped. WiFi wasn’t working. Contacted the owner and he “fixed it” for a bit and then it stopped working again.
