Good location - pretty good distance from the Christmas market. Staff are nice and very helpful. Really good breakfast spread - with hot food available i.e. eggs and sausages.
Room is a bit dated. Not enough supplies in the bathroom. No water kettle inside the room.

Nice and affordable hotel in Frankfurt. Easy to walk to the main squares. Room was spacious and quiet. Windows opened allowing us to get cool, fresh air in. Shower was good as well. Pet-friendly which was much appreciated! I believe it was 15 euro for our dog to stay one night.
The bed was a bit firm for our liking; but not nearly as bad as some others we stayed at on our 2-week trip.

very friendly staff, quiet room, very close to city centre, clean, desk, little sofa in room, complementary water bottle, proper key for door (not just a card), 24hr reception, I stayed in winter and the room was very warm.
no ramp at entrance, tiny bathroom, scary old lift
