Very good Welcome by the man late 8pm at the front desk . I was very tired because my train from München was late and after booking with Booking he gave me a Junior Suite . I was already Client in the past of this hôtel near the Railway Station.
I receive a Mail the morning after by someone very strange of the hotel who said it’s not possible to up graduated me ! Very strange i was already upgraduated ! Big confusion at the morning Reception and not nice this mail !

Great location with excellent transport links. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with good facilities, complimentary tea and coffee, and good quality toiletries.
Breakfast was disappointing, not a good selection of bread or cold cuts and drinks from a machine. The breakfast room was also not particularly well laid out or welcoming.

Breakfast It was good not as good as Steigenberger Frankfurt Airport great bread and nice staff Front office staff very professional.
We did not have a TV that worked for the whole week. It was checked several times, disappointed. A Hotel like this should not have an issue with TVs. We did not think that the new restaurant concept addresses their customers base which looks like mainly business. 5or 10 customers when we were there. They should take a survey with their clients. Only time will tell. Thank you
