I lived in Stuttgart for 15 years but never discovered this hotel. I would have had all of my visitors stay there. Everything about this hotel was excellent and the staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful and professional. I plan to tell all of my American friends about this hotel. I look forward to staying here the next time I’m in town. Thank you so much!

Clean and good location to reach everything in Stuttgart.
Staff at reception is slow and I had to wait > 10min to be able to pay for their parking fee. Could not get much sleep either because some drunk guests decided to sing in the hallway at 3am after their Volksfest visit. The hotel staff didn’t do anything about it.

no refrigerator in the room, very limited Sauna hours and even within this period of time Sauna was not warmed up. The parking lot has no lights and would require a flash light in order to move around safely, Stairs to main entrance without handrail.
Great location, E-bike rental for reasonable costs, rooms to the forest side are pleasantly quiet.

Excellent restaurant with great dinners and wonderful breakfast. Restaurant staff was also quite friendly and helpful. Peaceful location, close to the hiking trails to the Baerenschlossle. Overall a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. Property could use a little refresh.
Internet kept going out in my room -- not reliable for business purposes. In the common areas it was fine.

Was allowed early check in as I arrived quite early
The room I got (old with a shower and looked like a double economy room) is nowhere near what I had booked. I had booked a room with a bathtub, and it looked modern on the booking.com website. When I asked the gentleman at the reception he told me that I had booked with booking.com and not directly wirh the hotel hence there is nothing much he could do. After a back and forth, he eventually updated me to a junior suite, a lot better than the initial room I was given, but still old room with old furniture and a musty smell.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The location is ideal, especially for those visiting Stuttgart University, as it is conveniently close to the campus where my son is studying.
One of the highlights of our stay was the serene forest setting. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful forest area, perfect for peaceful walks and reconnecting with nature. Our room had a stunning forest view, adding to our stay's tranquility and charm.
The personnel at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and supportive. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request made our stay even more enjoyable.
Another great feature of this hotel is the underground parking with a direct connection to the elevator. This made it incredibly convenient to come and go without any hassle. The fast internet connection was also a huge plus, allowing me to work remotely without any issues.
Lastly, the heating in the room worked perfectly, ensuring we were always comfortable, even during the colder days.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Stuttgart area. It offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and natural beauty. We will be returning on our next visit!
There is only a disabled parking area outside, would be good to have 1-2 car park slots for short-term parking, for example when my son was coming to pick us he needed to wait on the driveway
