Great location next to Vaihingen train station and a short walk to Vaihingen centre with good shops and restaurants etc. Lovely friendly and helpful staff - really good spacious rooms with good facilities - and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend for a business - or pleasure stay in Vaihingen.

The hotel was very modern and well looked after. The staff on the whole were nice. Also, the swimming facilities were nice, but the hot tub and sauna were out of service during our stay.
The waiter asked for a tip in the restaurant which was very strange. Also, there was no spirits on offer before 17:00. Parking was very expensive. Very poor music playing everywhere all day.

Everything. Great pool spa and sauna and steam room. Tastefull comfortable furnishings. ONly 13 mins to Marienplatz in the city on the train which is at your doorstep and a really pleasont trip.
I would have liked room service as standard though as it was quiet some nights staff did it anyway.

The location is what made this hotel work for me. I loved that it was immediately adjacent to the Vaihingen train and bus lines. It made it very convenient to get to Patch Barracks, Kelly Barrakcs and downtown Stuttgart.
I would have preferred a cheaper breakfast option. I live in Italy and am used to a light pastry and coffee or tea and did not need a 26 breakfast. It would be nice if there was a more basic option for breakfast.

The standard place to stay for TDY to Patch. The one negative in my recent stays was broken air conditioning during a heat wave, but it was in order for my last trip. Bar and restaurant are nice, other restaurants in easy walking distance and you have the train station right there (if you have time to use it).

The location next to the train and metro is really good. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms very clean. The spa area is really nice except that the Hottub wasn't working for the second year in a row. The sauna and swimming pool are really nice.
While one guy at reception was great not all the staff sadly could meet these standards. One lady was pretty rude and while we booked for a twin bed room she told us we didn't book it. Overall this lady was not very nice. The bar wasn't up to standards and service during the day extremely slow. Waiting 20 minutes for a beer seems a bit strange. The guy was doing his best but he clearly didn't understood how it worked. Sad that the hotel puts him in this situation. As mentioned above it was also sad that the hottub is already broken for 2 years. A hotel should have something like that fixed.
