The hotel Staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is very convenient for coming with car, there is parking place beneath the hotel. And cafes and restaurants are nearby. Very pleasant stay.

There are many shops nearby, a supermarket, Burger King, Starbucks, and much more. You can go out to eat or buy groceries. The parking is very good, large, and very convenient. The room is not very big, but it has good lighting and is quite clean, very clean.

I commend Onur Bahcekapili for helping us on our safe box issue quickly. We greatly appreciated the speed of his helpfulness.
Also Efraim was also helpful in extending our parking ticket so that we had no issue leaving.

It was a very nice stay, the hotel is situated quite close to the city center and is well connected by the subway and bus station, which are in 3 minutes reach. Also you can find a supermarket close by. The room was nice and comfortable, better soundproofing than other hotels. The breakfast was also good. Staff was nice and smiling. Would surely come back.

The staff! Great and attentive. The room was confortable and having a private parking connected to the hotel was a plus for us.
Would be nice to have more electric car chargers in the parking lot. There’s is one first come first serve charger.
As said in the positives, the staff was wonderful! However, when we arrived, there was a long waiting time to check in with just one person at the reception area managing everything (and it wasn’t late at night). Would be nice to have an extra person there to reduce waiting times.

The room was modern and spacious enough, with a pleasant view of Marienplatz. Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel offers parking, but there was no clear warning about the Umweltzone. All of Stuttgart is a restricted zone for cars without the required emissions sticker and permission. This was not mentioned anywhere, and if you rent a car without it, you cannot legally drive into Stuttgart or access the hotel. Guests should be aware of this in advance
