The location is perfect - 2 meters away from the U-Bahn/S-Bahn entrance. The main train station is across the street, the city center is 10 min walk away. Nice bakeries and Rewe supermarket are 2-3 minutes away. The reception staff were really nice - all of them! Never missed to greet and to say something nice!

Poor
Stuck sewer pipe discovered while showering, a very unpleasant experience. Got a new (bigger) room for free, but: Noisy environment (construction), while having to choose between ventilation and noise insulation. Noisy mattress, any movement caused others to wake up. No not choose this hotel at least until the train station construction is finished.

Location good for station. Arrived late and was out early so cant really say a lot except it was clean but basic. Staff were nice.
There was no tea or coffee facility which was a shame and maybe a little overpriced for the room I was given. Couldnt get the door to lock which was a bit concerning as a woman traveling alone.
