The location is great, Very close to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and City Center. Nice bar which is open 24/7, Good breakfast, nice patio. Nice and clean room.
It would be nice if smoking would not be allowed on the patio, since this area is very enclosed.

Room was a little small but that's to be expected. Also no in-room fridge/minibar which would have been nice.
