Staff was very friendly and helpful and there was an indoor parking and location close to Mercedes arena.
Room was very small. We had booked a double room but the room was intended for single occupancy. There was no 2nd duvet and only one set of towels. We received both after asking. The room had no closet and no complementary water or glasses. We had to buy a bottle and get glasses from the bar. Breakfast was under expectation. No eggs or anything like bacon or sausages for people wanting an English breakfast. Buffet scattered around the area due to lack of space making challenging to get around.

Parking is excellent, and great location for the city. Really nice bar area and bar service. Staff very friendly.
Room small but reasonable for the price. TV was good.
The shower didn't work, it kept switchingf between really hot and really cold..actually quite dangerous, Breakfast area also overloaded with people (not enough space for the number of guests). Only one check-in desk, so actually a long wait to get the room key. No water in the room, which was a shame.
