We had a wonderful stay at Maritim Hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully prepared.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt it was excellent value for money. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
One small area for improvement would be the availability of English signage and information throughout the hotel. It would be helpful if signs, posters, and general instructions were also provided in English for international guests.
Additionally, during breakfast, communication was sometimes challenging as most of the dining room staff did not speak English. One of the staff members at the egg station was not very welcoming, which felt slightly uncomfortable.
Overall, these were minor points in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Closeness to walk to Christmas markets, well appointed room, parking on site and friendly staff. We stayed in 3 high end hotels during our trip and Maritim surpassed all. Most amazing breakfast.

The breakfast was very good, the location very convenient.
Although we had a non smoking room, it smelled strongly of someone smoking in another room. Because the smell was so strong even late at night or in the early morning, I suspect the hotel staff were smoking in the basement. The rooms were dated, with no USB charging ports. Toiletries were very limited. No robe or slippers.

The hotel was well located. I was able to walk to the Christmas market.
The rooms were big and confortable.
We traveled with my family and had 3 rooms we asked to locate them next to each other but they put us even in different buildings so we didn’t liked that. One of the buildings was under renovation. The entire floor was covered with plastic and there were always people working it also smelled a lot of dust from the renovation. Its good that they are working on the hotel but it wasn’t comfortable.
During our stay they have large events in the hotel and there were a lot of people everywhere. If they have events they should have them in a private area and not in the entire public area.

Good location, excellent breakfast, nice Spa facilities
Some floors were construction sites. Open ceilings with cables hanging into the hallway, floor covered with paint protections - an absolute nightmare for the atmosphere. How can you invite giests to such an environment?? Also, very old-fashioned rooms. My grandfather would have felt at home, in his own time period. To rent this to guests is an impertinence I have not experienced in any country, ever. The bar was understaffed - I left about 30 minutes after placing my order without receiving even a feedback ( and certainly no drink). Oh, and I had to carry the 'welcome water" to the room myself. They did not even care enough to take it to the room before we arrived.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job daily during my stay.
The reception people were unwelcoming, and unhelpful. The hotel also doesn’t give you the minimum hospitality needs, like a bottle of water to drink daily. It is basically a very functional hotel but rather unwelcoming.

Nice room, lovely staff, well fitted gym and pool/sauna.
We sat at a table in the lobby cafe for 10 minutes and none of the waiters came to take our order. We finally gave up and left. It was odd, because the rest of the hotel staff was wonderful.

Construction in hallways. ROom was stuffy and stale smelling. Shut off heat but could not get AC to work.
