1) they do not clean rooms unless its you require a special request .

The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is convinient and near to park, station and food places.
The room was not possible to ventilate without air conditioner and with the air conditioner it was cold on the sofa bed.

Quality is quite high compared to price. Decent breakfast buffet, nothing extraordinary but suits well the needs of most travelers.
Acoustic insulation of rooms is not fantastic and the nearby tram/train line causes noise that is well heard inside of the building.

Great location, right beside U Bahn station. Spotlessly clean, great parking directly underneath the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful
Parking at €17 a night is expensive. Room was quite warm
