Racism hotel. I have never be treated so badly in my entire time of using booking it was not nice at all. The receptionlise was So inhuman to me so unfriendly. at a time i start to think maybe it is the color of my skin i was so embarrased. She even call the police on my just because she ask for my document. And i told her i left it in the car. Maybe she didn't believe me. Because before i could go to the car and brought my document she already called the police. As i was checking in with my document it was police standing beside me. Later when the police now ask her why she called them she couldn't say anything because i was there with my document already she now look stupid before them. The police even have to apologise to me. honestly i called her what she is in the present of police Racism. I believe she the same reason i guys collected another money in my account for what i already paid for i paid in full when i got there. But because you refushed to let me pay for two rooms i book. So i have to wait till my friend come for the before i paid and then she already left. Maybe she came back the next day thinking that i didn't check the rooms then she mark me as cancelled. Because i don't have any other reason to think you will collect another money for what i already paid. Up time now as i am writing to you i have still not see my refund even after sending then to evidece of my payment from my acount.
