This was a normal option for the price and quality. Nothing exceptional, but nothing bad either. For a one-night solo stay it worked fine. The single room was simple and okay for the night. Overall, a decent choice for a short stay when you just need a place to sleep during travel.
There are train lines right outside, but the noise was not a big problem for me.

Room was clean. Very friendly staff
Carpet on the stairs really needs to be changed. So dirty looking gives bad first impression of the place.

Bedsheets were clean, and the table top was clean.
Upon entering the room, it smelled like poop. The ventilator's leg was broken. The walls were so dirty. This is the first hotel where our dog refused to stay.It was that bad.

Lot of sun thanks to south exposition, clean bed and sheets, quiet environment, friendly staff.

Location was good, check-in / check-out is also good. there is no elevator, so it could be challenging to go upstairs with heavy luggage. Overall, price vs performance hotel.
