The hotel was very accessible with the U-Bahn and S-Bahn nearby. The staff were always helpful and accommodating, and the room was quite comfortable. Continental breakfast was good with warm and cold options, and coffee.
It’s an older hotel, but I did not mind the aesthetics. The wifi was spotty, and I had to connect/disconnect, or sometimes I couldn’t connect for no reason. Thankfully I had cellular data.

Second time I’ve spent two nights at the hotel in last two and a half weeks. Great value, large room, lift and parking for eight euro night. Especially like the proximity to downtown (Bad Cannstatt), shopping district, long runs along the Neckar River and taking in pool/sauna at Das Leuze, all within walking distance. Breakfast is great, plenty of tables and an attentive staff. Tight but comfortable beds.

- great location (next to a tramp)
- parking 8eur per night in front of the penzion
- modern furniture
- spacious room
- poor cleanliness (the floors were not cleaned, poor dusting, stains on towels); the cleaner needs to pay more attention to details
- the sheets on the bed were placed in an odd way
-mattress a bit too soft
- the shower didn’t have a shower curtain so the floor got flooded(room 511)
- breakfast ends at 9.30am, but they seemed to be flexible
