The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good.
It wuld have been nice to have a kettle, tea/coffee in the room. Missed having a hot drink in the evening.

a suburb hotel very close to an U-Bahn stop. Very nice staff and good restaurant with local specialties. Room was clean but very basic, I didn't like that there was no proper chair, only A cube stool which was not comfortable to sit on when u want to do some work. The table was too small also. Despite booking a double room for single use, it only had one pillow. Any Ibis hotel offers something better Bottle of water provided. Take note there is no AC so in summer it could get unpleasant. For my needs it was okay as the hotel was walking distance to where I needed to be early next morning and the room rate was affordable. For a longer stay I would probably choose another property though.

The room was spacious, although the bathroom was very small. The bed was comfortable and all facilities were of good quality. The breakfast was good.
Instructions about parking prior to arrival would have been useful as we dropped off our suitcases and checked in prior to accessing the parking. We therefore had to lift our cases up a flight of stairs, whereas there was a lift from the carpark.
It was very crowded in the breakfast room.

great breakfast, the receptionis when I arrived was very unfriendly for no reason. Treat me moody, complaining about my reservation and gave me the worst room in whole hotel. The day after the people was nice and friendly, it was clear the issue is specific with one unhappy person

The hotel is very close to the U3 and easy to get to anywhere via public transportation, on a small nice street. Room is very nice, clean and quiet.
Limited Free Parking space in the street but luckily the hotel has its own parking space underground costing a bit additional.

Great stay at a great hotel with a great staff.
They should provide fans/ventilators in the room. Summers are getting too hot in Germany and fans should be provided in the summer.

Really nice hotel, close to a metro station. Room was small, but was nicely furnished and clean. The staff were very friendly and worked to quickly resolve a billing issue. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just a 1 minute walk from the metro station. I did not try the attached restaurant/beer garden, but it looked very nice.
To me, the price for the room was a little high for a hotel so far out from the city center. It was located near a metro station; however, it was a 2 train (approx 50 min.) ride to get to the center of Stuttgart. The other issue I had was with the self-service check in. I possibly misunderstood the check in instructions sent before I arrive and assumed I had to use the self-service check in. Upon arrival, I did not check to see if the reception was staffed, so I just used the self-service check-in. It required me to pay for the room again (I had prepaid) and I assumed there was nobody at the desk and just paid with the assumption that I would resolve it late. However, the reception was staffed and I brought up the issue with them. They asked for my bank info quickly took care of it (I think - still waiting for any charges to show on my bank statement).

Location was great (quiet neighbourhood, U-bahn station within a minutes, several restaurants and grocery stores within 200m, ...), payable underground garage and free parking on street, great breakfast, room very comfortable and clean, WiFi fast and staff very helpful. Highly recommended.
