The location is amazing, the palace square is not that far away and easily walkable.
The parking lot was weird. It wasn’t in or part of the building nor was it obvious it was the hotel’s parking lot. It was in an alley way that was a block over.

I was pleasantly surprised by the place, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. So was the bathroom. Yes, it's by a main road with traffic and trams but at night it quiets down. And it's good value for the money.

The man at the reception was very friendly, the check-in process was smooth and the bed was quite comfortable.
I knew that the bathroom was in a separate room but I still have to mention that it’s a bit inconvenient. Also, the bathroom itself was clean but I think it requires renovation.
The room windows were directed to a quite noisy street and I could hear the noise of the cars and the subway until late night, I didn’t know about this disadvantage of this room.

Good location, easy check in, friendly staff.
There is a garderobe in the room, but no hangers for clothing… the lighting and the power outlets are not optimal. Early morning noise from the tram (can’t be avoided)

well located. very clean room, everything new. Just like in the pictures. fair price in comparison to others. water and tea in the room.
I found it very loud at night and in the morning. entrance of hotel could improve quite a bit. bed linen ok, but could be a bit larger.

We were in a front room and it was very noisy due to the train.
Noise and the smell from the Jean restaurant carried in to the lobby and a bit upstairs.

Main light bulb was not working and there could have been instructions on how to close blinds which were build in with the windows very hard to turn, smell from kebab shop was sometimes over powering when you came in and upstairs to your room.

Very comfortable bed, super friendly staff, really good basic necessitjes included. Hair dryer also works really well. Really convenient check in and out hours.
Closeness to Olgaeck station makes travelling through Stuttgart so easy and it's very very close to the city center, 5 mins walk. Affordable too.
Staff was very friendly in helping us book a taxi.
