However, this street is cordoned off by the city of Stuttgart and can therefore not be used by private vehicles.

This is a small family owned Hotel. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no elevator and the owner helped to carry the luggage upstairs. They also made a dinner reservation for us in a very good restaurant. Great Breakfast.
