Proximity to activities and museum. Good menu choices.
The shower over-flooded and the carpet got wet outside the bathroom by the room entrance. Housekeeping was great fixing the drain and bringing a fan to dry the carpet but the inconvenience of tripping over the fan to use the bathroom and the carpet being wet most of the night was not a relaxing experience. Thankfully I had planned to hangout with a friend so had dinner delivered to their room and stayed there until bedtime. Also, we were not aware that they were having repairs done before checkout time so one person couldn’t shower and the other couldn’t rinse their hair.
To be fair, our first time was fine. So we may return next year.

For people attending a football game or visiting the Mercedes Museum it is well located.
We stayed one night, twice; both times, the restaurant was closed, we were on a roadtrip and it was very inconvenient to have to Uber Eats dinner with three children because not even room service was available. The carpets are old, and the staff is not really friendly. Would not stay again.
