Design and location
Lack of service, no real concierge, check out in the breakfast room with overly busy staff, open bathroom totally unpractical without any sort of privacy. Breakfast needs to be booked in advance however nobody informed us at the checkin. Apart the nice room decoration the hotel cannot be considered a 4 *. It is more a hostel. It Seems that the real core business is the starred Michelin restaurant but definitely not the hotel. The Overall experience is rather Disappointing.

Location was good and the lady friendly as she gave us a bottle of wine to compensate for some unpleasantries.
It is not really a designer hotel in the way I know it. There are some interesting decorations but without a clear style. I found the Hotel too expensive for the interior and facilities. We were sitting on the balcony, which is quite nice, but it has a strange metal bar across it. The cleaning lady interrupted our private conversation, as she was standing behind a wall on the terrace of the apartment next to us. There was thus a lack of privacy.

Staff were brilliant and the hotel has exceptionally secure and well located central parking for sports car visitors to Stuttgart
room did not have a table / desk area, I find that handy as I need to use my laptop for work!

Every room is different. Wolke 7 was great! There was a jacuzzi and a big bed in the room. Very friendly staff! Close to the center
It was not easy to figure out how things work in the room. It was quite noisy in the morning

Wonderful room, amazing architecture, we loved the bathtub, open bathroom. The room is big, comfortable, there were candles, mini bar, enough towels, floor heating in a shower area.
There is just a small coffee machine, I would add kettle and a tea.

Good location, mid-town is in walking distance, parking space in the building, room is gorgeous. Breakfast is in the restaurant in front of the hotel, food is good, mint tea is disappointing, 2-3 leaves in hot water, so it did not have any mint favor.
unfortunately the room was soaked during the night, water was flowing through the chandelier, we could not sleep and couldn't notify anyone as the hotel has no 0-24 reception.
