The location is very nice, near a beautiful church over a lake, some restaurants, bars and public transport for the city center.
The room was clean, confortable with a good shower, good wifi.

it's a great location close to a main train line and walkable distance to nice restaurants and cafes. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The price relates to the offer and thus is reasonable.
the room reminds of a dorm room with a small bed, especially if you're 190cm like me. There is no AC and if the windows are open the road noise in the morning can be a bit of nuisance.

The room was perfect for an easy stay and good value for money. Good location. Comfortable enough bed. Nice enough bathroom. Wifi was great even though I was on the 5th floor.
There was a kettle but no mug. The surfaces were not clean (were sticky) and not cleaned from day to day. The mattress was a bit collapsed but after a tired day's work it didn't matter all that much.
