Staff were great, location was perfect if coming off of the HBF station and the car rental was super close. Room was large, hotel was clean.
A little steep to get to, my older father struggled a bit but not much they can do about that! The restaurant always seems to be under staffed as well, it took a while to get food because the bartender was the server, running the orders and bartending!

The hotel is close to the main train station and subway station, within 10 mins walk, which is very convenient. The room is very clean, and I like the open design of the bathroom and the separation of bathroom and the toilet. My room was on floor 1st. The ceiling is very tall, which I like a lot.
One thing I feel that it can be improved is the shampoo/conditioner provided in the room - it made my hair not so smooth.
