We chose this "4 star hotel" because it had a sauna in its facilities, we arrive at 8.20pm and the girl at the reception tells us that it is available until 10pm, we arrive and what do we find? Sauna off, messy, dirty relaxation area. It seems like a very serious lack of respect to me, if a hotel offers a service they have to give it because otherwise you're scamming me, it's not acceptable, not even an apology, super rude.

Very Good
breakfast was very good. The fitness area was a real pleasure to find. The common spaces were comfortable and inviting. large windows added to the enjoyable design of the facility.
The wifi did not work most of the time, so I spent much time at the coffee shop around the corner. The wood of the nightstands and desk is worn out and needs replaced.

The staff was friendly, the location is new and without taste but OK
The hotel announces himself as with bar/restaurant, but when you get there it is closed. The TV did not work (during 5 days at the entire hotel), but they don't tell you in advance. They clean the room every 2nd day, but don't tell you in advance. And so on.....
Seems they started recently already with financial problems, and the stupid guests do the payout. The staff had to sort it out with a smile, but I am not returning to this hotel.

The restaurant was permanently closed ! No information about that on booking.com either! Room was very dirty! Hair all over the bathroom, toilet was a horror!

Location is good. It's close to University and shopping center
During the four nights we have stayed, one elevator was out of order. Cable tv continously broken down and we had to reset the canals almost everyday. The additional bed they have put into the room for the third person was terrible. The room cleaning was not regular and they always forgot to put sufficient towels, soap etc. Cost-benefit ratio is rather low.

I enjoyed the clean and comfortable stay. The breakfast was okay. There is a nice Chinese restaurant and a shopping mall right next to the hotel.
The closest train station is a bit far on foot. I found no green but concrete around the hotel.

The location is great and close to train station and lots restaurants within easy walking distance.
The WiFi was not working this time and they had a system failure which impacted check-in and getting a room key. They had folks to let you into your room but they need to up their systems.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. STAFF: very very friendly and helpful. Had to make couple of modifications to my original booking, there was no problem at all, they did it all right. ROOM: big room, comfy beds, clean. Nothing to say, was really good. LOCATION: in the center of Vahinhen, integrated in a shopping mall. Very convenient location. BREAKFAST: good. PARKING: no problem to park my car in the underground parking, you have to pay it apart.

Check-In was early. The girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious.
We didn't like the Smoking Smell in the bathroom.
When somebody from the other rooms went to the toilet we could smell it very well.
The conditioning was poor, it didn't cool down the room (it was turned into the lowest temperature and max speed but it didn't help. It was hot in the room).
There was No fridge in the room.
