Room was so clean, great space, perfect new furnitures and soap&creme were very good quality products. Carpet flooring and great sound isolation from outside.
Inside sound isolation is not so great. Not bad but could be better. Fridge is not working properly

We were very impressed as soon as we walked in! The staff were friendly & very helpful. The rooms were clean & well maintained. The beds were comfy & there was very little noise in the building. There was a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of foods - something for everyone! From fruit & yoghurt, cereal, toast, pastries eggs, sausages, juice, teas & coffee. There was a laundry available which was very handy!
We did have an evacuation in the middle of the night, but there was very little staff could do about that. Staff & patrons were calm & patient. The fire brigade gave the all clear very quickly and we were all able to go back to bed. Other than that, I couldn’t fault aloft!

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very kind. The hotel has a very good breakfast buffet and is right in front of a subway station so it's very easy to move around the city.

Good location, right near public transport (U) and near a mall and various restaurants. Rooms as per description. Clean. Minibar exists but empty, though you can buy from reception.
Wifi good, bathroom ok, room was clean, bedding was comfortable, TV working.
Parking was 35€ - would be great if the hotel has some allocated spaces in the mall parking.
Breakfast so and so - not very well organised due to many people, scrambled eggs not so tasty, juice from machine. But decent enough, i would give 7 or 8 out of 10.

However, there were several disappointing aspects during our stay. The room included only one small 200 ml bottle of water for two people, and this was supposed to last for three days. We only realized on Sunday that there would be no refill, and since all shops were closed, the only option was to buy water at the hotel for €7 per bottle.
Parking was also quite expensive at €35 per day. Additionally, basic amenities such as a toothbrush were not included in the room.

Good location, right next to the Metro station. Reception stuff were super helpful and very kind. Room was bigger than expected and bed was very comfortable and XXL

Good stay overall. Really loved the size of the room and beds—would definitely recommend for comfort. Pleasant and efficient staff. Considering it's on a main road and attached to a shopping center, it was remarkably quiet. Great for a weekend stay.
While the breakfast had a nice selection, the hot items were a bit cold and rubbery on the mornings I had it.
