We had a great stay at the hotel - the staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms comfortable, clean and quiet ! We recommend this hotel, great value for the price :) The staff gave us good recommandations for our stay in Stuttgart

They did not have Spa, Bowling, and what ever they have written as facilities.
They have the breakfast for the weekends, and we I asked for a coffee even hot water, they told us that you can pass the street and walk 10min to go to the the Shell gas station where you can find coffee, they did not even try to sell hot water and an instant coffee.
The room seemed clean, but I found several little cockroaches. And there was no hand-washing liquid in the toilet, so you have to go to take showel gel from the bathroom.

Big room for a family of 5. Comfortable beds. Minibar in room. Friendly and welcoming host.
Reception is not 24hrs. Elevator operations stop at about 8p.m.

Clean Room as expected
There are very specific rules around arrival, breakfast, and what the customer should expect as a service. In most of the hotels, you get the option for breakfast, at this hotel, you have to choose a bakery a short walk from the Hotel during weekdays. The reception is open from 5-8 pm which is only convenient for the Hotel, as we had to wait 25 minutes in front of closed doors until opening "pnktlich" at 5 pm.

It was near to the work location
Though it was mentioned that the staff are available Monday to Thursday until 22:00 I was informed that they are available only until 20:00. I was asked to do a bank transfer to their account and share a proof only after which the access code etc were shared.

A little bit country side but public transportation is very convenient
A small water boiler in the room and disposable slippers would have been nice!
