Well balanced.
Cheap, good location, clean well equipped, big space, 24 hours reception, etc.
The reception area can get very loud and uncomfortable when a group of teenagers come for a party, and there are no other places you can sit and relax.

The room was clean and comfortable with a TV. The breakfast was excellent.
It would have been nice to have been able to check-in without using the QR code - although the reception was manned, they still seemed to want you to check-in on line, even though that seemed long and tedious after a long journey.
