Wonderful
Fantastic place to stay if you're around. Our room was ginormous, really nicely equipped and clean. The staff is superfriendly (my husband actually hanged out with them and couple of the restaurant's guests for the whole evening (I stayed back in the room to watch the kids)). The breakfast is really nice with some homemade touch and vibe.
Additional huge plus is that everyone speaks perfect English (due to the American air base nearby).
It was a really great experience that came as somewhat a surprise as we were booking "just another place to stay on the road".
Nothing bad really that I could say.
Well, there is a church nearby that rings the bells a lot and until late. But that's not really anything the owners could do much about.

Location. Staff/owners are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. They speak German, English, Thai, and possibly more. Food at their restaurant was excellent!! Traditional German and Thai cuisine. There is a refrigerator in the room.
The room was basic but it was clean. Sounds from traffic on the street were loud despite it was a small town.

Ampun was absolutely the sweetest host we could have asked for. Her husband Peter is a knighted culinary artist so together the pair cook a mighty good menu of food choices right there at the hotel!

I didn’t like it at all. The place was so horrible, I didn’t even stay. There was no one around, my key was taped on an envelope . I tried calling multiple times and no answer - I didn’t even stay there, it was that bad
The rancid smell, no electricity , no WiFi, the mold, the foam “mattress”- wasn’t a mattress that had mold, the dirty floor, the bathroom was unhygienic. I have reached out to Booking.com and they can’t reach the property either. I have still not able to reach them ( the property). I t was a disaster of epic proportions. I’ve spoken to Booking. com to suggest taking them off their website. This hotel is not a place to stay at all. It is absolutely horrible!!!!!!!! We have witnesses that say this place is run down and should not be allowed to be a hotel.

We could smell cigarette smoke a lot. There are a lot of people that must live there. Everything in room was hard to figure out. They unplugged everything so we spend a lot of time plugging things in and no hot water to take shower at night. She said try later. She has a restaurant and we ate there and then told after we ate it was cash only and she couldn’t put it on our room

Pleasant
Parking is free and convenient, but it is not owned by the hotel, just public parking in the village. The Thai meals we had at the restaurant were good. Walkable from train station.
A bit run-down looking. Fine, but not overly clean. The double-bed was very narrow and sagged in the middle. We had reserved a room for three, but there was only bedding and towels for two, took until 10pm to get another blanket and pillow. Very basic breakfast.

Breakfast was not very big due to the number of occupants currently at the hotel. Nonetheless it was great. Moreso, there was Thai food available for eating in or dining out from the hotel restaurant.
it said parking available however, it was not on the hotel grounds but at a church parking lot nearby.

The main hallway light was not on sometimes, a little difficult to see and to find the door. maybe needs a small nightlight in the hallway.
