Friendly staff members, very accomodating. Room was adequate size for our needs. Dogs are welcome , which was a BIG PLUS. host also accommodated cot needs.
Property has outside area which is great for evening drink. ;-)
Host was really nice and accommodating. Good value for rooms. If you are not looking for anything fancy, this would be recommended place for overnight stay.
We could have done with the AIR conditioning unit in the room as it was very humid night. Some TLC required in the bathroom. Didn't impact the stay but noticed.

some bad reviews talk about cancellations, ive visited and had a great experience, the manager was nice and let me put my bike inside, the rooms were a bit old but also cosy and functional, so i liked that a lot. a very positive experience

The owner was really friendly, she picked up my call even later in the evening and made it possible for me to check-in even around midnight by coming back to the hotel facility from her home. I was very grateful for that and it is something that exceeds any hospitality and friendliness expectations.

Simple breakfast was provided at specified time. easy transportation of 15min. from the fair in the afternoon with 2 direct trains, though 1 hour to the fair with a tricky transfer in the morning.
I would not call this place a "hotel", and I would have thanked Booking.com if they did not. Service, including check-in and check-out, is available minutes after a phonecall to the only 1 staff who lives nearby. Imagine you have to wait at the door for check-in. Due to the fair, the price is unbelievable. Room service was provided the 2nd day after my remind. only cash is accepted. No good restaurant in the small town.
