Beautiful hotel, it's clear that they've thought of everything, the food, the pools, the saunas, the gym - everything is of the highest standard. We arrived late and they waited for us especially, the staff is very friendly. Everything was perfect.
It is worth mentioning at check-in that there is a special gym card

The spa and food and the crowning jewels of this hotel. Our room was so quiet and peaceful- the quietest hotel room we have ever had. The spa ist absolutely first class. The dinner and breakfast are excellent and with very high quality produce.
The breakfast waitresses were mardy, not like the wonderful dinner service! The standard double rooms have fake wooden walls, chenille and satin fabrics which turned out looking dreadfully tacky.

We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay. The staff are all excellent, from the check in counter, to the doorman, the waiter and waitress as well as the spa. I recommend trying the reflexology treatment at the spa.
Food options are limited at lunch and dinner.

Amazing property! The whole place was beautiful. The rooms were very nice, the pool was very nice and the spa was amazing. The is a world class hotel. We ate dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant which was a 5 course fantastic meal. The next night, we had burgers in the bar. That was also a great experience. Everyone at this hotel was focused on a great customer experience.
The hotel is is the perfect location if you travel to Schwangau to tour Neuschwanstein Castle. It was less than a 10 minute drive. Because our tours were in the morning, we did not eat breakfast, but I’m sure it would’ve been just as amazing as all of the other food we had.
The only advice I wish I would’ve had was to leave plenty of time to enjoy the hotel. I wish we would’ve had two more days there as it was that nice of a facility. Extremely relaxing. We will be back.

The breakfast was super, just perfect with a variety of so many delicious things. The staff is very helpful and competent, despite the fact that most of the waitresses are young and some ( really few) don’t speak English properly. ( they apply for help for more experienced workers). It works. The hotel is very clean and really attractive. The design of the rooms is peculiar, but tastes differ. I believe the rooms must be decorated more, with pictures, photos and etc.
On the first day of our stay the water in the pools was too cold, but only for one day. My wife strongly disliked the numerous stuffed animals ( some of them look alive) and deer horns everywhere, especially in the restaurant.

Spa and pools were amazing, especially as they could be used into the evening and were lit.
Staff were especially helpful
Smaller rooms were ok, but we upgraded to the suite for the last night which was excellent
Great breakfast and evening meals were varied.
Not much parking right by the front of the hotel. No air con in the smaller rooms, but it was in the suite.
