Amazing property! The whole place was beautiful. The rooms were very nice, the pool was very nice and the spa was amazing. The is a world class hotel. We ate dinner the first night in the hotel restaurant which was a 5 course fantastic meal. The next night, we had burgers in the bar. That was also a great experience. Everyone at this hotel was focused on a great customer experience.
The hotel is is the perfect location if you travel to Schwangau to tour Neuschwanstein Castle. It was less than a 10 minute drive. Because our tours were in the morning, we did not eat breakfast, but I’m sure it would’ve been just as amazing as all of the other food we had.
The only advice I wish I would’ve had was to leave plenty of time to enjoy the hotel. I wish we would’ve had two more days there as it was that nice of a facility. Extremely relaxing. We will be back.

The breakfast was super, just perfect with a variety of so many delicious things. The staff is very helpful and competent, despite the fact that most of the waitresses are young and some ( really few) don’t speak English properly. ( they apply for help for more experienced workers). It works. The hotel is very clean and really attractive. The design of the rooms is peculiar, but tastes differ. I believe the rooms must be decorated more, with pictures, photos and etc.
On the first day of our stay the water in the pools was too cold, but only for one day. My wife strongly disliked the numerous stuffed animals ( some of them look alive) and deer horns everywhere, especially in the restaurant.

One word, SNACKS. Hungry before the gym in the morning?…they’ve got free croissants waiting for you, Hungry mid day while at the pool? Try some peanuts and dried apricots. Need a small bite with your nightcap? They’ve got you covered with an amazing cheese spread. Amazing!! Also, the location, staff and facilities are all perfect!

An amazing view. The hotel is beautiful and well-designed. Comfortable and well-equipped room. The hotel's location allows for star trips to attractions in the area. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Strong and fast WiFi.
Some of the spa facilities are for use without a swimsuit.

Wow! The most amazing, exceptional, stay ever! We were so well taken care of from the reception team, Anika and others took the best care of us. We had a canceled flight due to a hurricane, and they went above and beyond to take care of our needs and get us in another night. Juan was amazing greeted us with such delight from the moment we arrived to the moment that we left. He was phenomenal. What a gentleman we miss him already. Miguel at the lounge was awesome as well, I got a massage from David and what an experience as well. The food was phenomenal. The service was phenomenal. Everyone goes above and beyond if it wasn’t one of the best stays of our lives, I don’t know what to say. I would go back just for food and service. I encourage everyone at some point of their life to go to this place, you’ll thank me later and never regret it. We are already planning a trip back!!

I liked all the hotel areas. It is so beautiful decorated and well maintained. But most of all the sauna and the spa are impeccable areas to relax. If you want to get away from all the busy life this is the place to be.
I dont speak and read german . The signs were all in german only. So I wished all the signs were with both languages . English is a world wide language which a lot of people can speak . That will make it more easy for non german visitors. Also I wished as a first time visitor there was a receptionist or any of the staff which take you around the hotel and let you know all the places and regulation . Although I wish to thank you for making the dinner menu for us in english and that we really appreciated. The dinner service was very good . The presentation of the plate is 10/10 but the taste was 5/10 as alot of different tastes in one plate that doesn't make sense. I'm saying this as we own a restaurant and we're used about the mixture of food together but this was a bit too much.

The staff is extremely friendly - everyone greeted us or even did some small talk. From the cleaning staff up to the manager.
The gym and spa area is very clean and well equipped incl a great view to the mountains.
As, I am pregnant, I was amazed how well the kitchen was prepared for that. I did not have to worry about eating anything which could harm my baby.
The lunch menu was quite small - I would have loved to choose from the dinner alternatives also during lunch.
