Arrangements included breakfast and diner, which were of excellent quality. The location on a hillside, overlooking the valley was excellent. Staff was very friendly
Bathroom was a bit dated, but having to shower in the bath is a disadvantage and somewhat dangerous, because no additional grips to hold on in order to get out of the bath are present. Swimming pool facilities were a bit dated

Breakfast was very good, homemade bread included, fresh fruits and vegetables, all kinds of charcuterie, cheese, eggs in all possible elaborations, really good.
Most of the staff was very friendly, although with difficulties in communicating in English.
The facilities in general are good, although the different phases of renovation of the hotel do not quite fit.
I did not like the fact that the general information about opening hours and different hotel rules was only in German.
The quality of the dinners varied a lot from day to day, the fact that we were not well informed about the timetable meant that on the last day, when there was a free buffet, we went at a time when there were not many dishes left and they were not replaced.
In general the staff was friendly, but the last day they denied me honey because it was the last day before their vacation, and they proposed to add honeycomb to the coffee, I did it and it was one of the worst coffees of my life....
They charged for drinks that they brought by mistake, they charged for a cheese buffet by mistake, although we had asked how it worked they did not understand the question and we ended up paying for it ourselves.
Also for being the last day we could not use the outdoor pool or sauna, even being regular hours of use, well, now I know, I'll be back, but I will not give in to my rights.
