Exceptional
I really liked the hotel's layout. Although it looks a bit like a labyrinth, it is very interesting! I especially liked the antique household items and paintings placed around the hotel - they create a very cozy, authentic atmosphere.
The pillows aren't very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful village in a beautiful natural environment. Peace and quiet. Nothing too fancy, but decent breakfast and a good restaurant.

Wonderful
The hotel is located in the very center of a very cozy german village with traditional fachwerk houses. The terrasses for the diner are also located just across the street. The hotel has an interesting architecture and the room was a nice 2 bedroom appartment. The breakfast was super well done and the diner was very good, too. Much much better than I had thought it would be.
I would come again in a second!

well located and nice environment
while most of the staff was kind, the lack of knowledge of any foreign language was a clear limitation in the interaction with them. no way to get information, advices, tips for tour or activities that could be done in the area or info about services that the hotel could offer.
