Great Hotel and Location. The rooms were very noisy. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The staff at the restaurant did their job ok. Not very friendly.

Dinner buffet ( on Saturday) is excellent..very tasty ...very recommend. Pool ans sauna are also very good ( also with kids).
Breakfast must be improved (fresh fruits ( not only salad), more vegetables , cakes)))) coffee - better to put a good coffee machine with choice of coffee.( And staff will make other tasks) For sparkling wine - respect

Very Quiet country side with beautiful scenery around. Also wooden chalet style construction with somewhat antique interiors in the bar. Breakfast staff was very kind and good service. Warm pool and sauna. Decent gym. Water massaged bed in gym.
30 mins drive from Winterberg as there was no snow near this hotel this time, not their fault of course.

great location, cute property, amazing food, great extra facilities like the pool, spa, game room. very child friendly, as there as lots of facilities and activities for children.
most of the staff didn’t speak English, so we had a few mistakes with our orders. the rooms are a bit old.
