Location was good.
The beds were not ok. Really old and collapsed to say the least, in any case not confortable for a good night sleep. The hotel in general needs some good rework, especially the bathroom. The breakfast is nothing special, just the basics.

Very comfortable double bed (one mattress = no gap). Good internet access, quiet and clean room. We were allowed an earlier check-in.
Cash payment was required, perhaps an overlooking on my part, but I only noticed it in the last "welcome email".
