We stayed only 1 night on our way to Austria. It was very clean, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was delicious and iffered everything a breakfast buffet should contain.

Staff was helpful with ordering food, bed was good, quiet location, manageable from highway.
Dust and spiderweb almost everywhere, maybe they forgot to clean (ventilation was in this position). Couldn't lock the doors from outside, the sliding pin was missing pieces, but was closing. Bare minimal for 1 night.

Absolutely NOT recommended if you are not German! I was driving from Austria to Poland and was planning to stop in Leipzig at night to rest. So I was specifically looking for a hotel where I could check in at night. On the booking.com website it says that the reception at this hotel is open 24 hours a day. It turned out that it was a lie. The hotel was closed at night. The phone number that is listed for contacting the hotel in case you need help does not work! All the messages that are sent when trying to get in touch are in German, WHICH I DO NOT KNOW!!! This is just a mockery! I was just standing on the street at night and could not get into the hotel! I was very lucky that at 02:30 at night some German guests were returning to the hotel and helped me. Otherwise I would have had to sleep in the car! NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!!!

Very poor hotel is was actually workers motel no air con na hangers in the bathroom our bathroom was clogged you couldn’t shower we had to ask for another room just to take showers over there

Disappointing
I had problems with my motorbike and I wrote them about it and said I'd shown up as soon as I got my motorbike fixed. They replayed no problems and to write when I had solved the problem. They canceled my reservation. When I showed up they said to have given money back to Booking.com and I lost everything. They could have said nothing instead in the beginning.
