Good choice and perfect room for it.
Wasn't sure if the eggs should have had an extra charge of 2. Once smoke from the smoking room drifted into the breakfast room.

Need to know this is does not have all the facilities that usually expect in an hotel.
But after accepting that it works well and is comfortable.
The climb up 3 flights of stairs. Getting used to only one radiator!

Breakfast was a good buffet. You were given your own front door key to let yourself in and out. Free WiFi Good shower.
Pillow was quite unlike anything I am used to! A spare one would have been helpful.

Amazing staff - especially the lady at reception who went out of her way to make us feel most welcome and helped with our transportation plans to Dortmund airport. They made sure there was food available to the runners getting up early to participate in local marathon.
Our sink was located in the room as bathroom was only big enough for the bath and toilet.

Very good staff, available and nice. Top service and very good cleaning. The room was small but nice. Good (but not top) breakfast
Could be difficult to find a parking nearby the hotel. Maybe adding some option in the breakfast would be make it really great

the staff was very good, with a smile and ready to help. the room had 2 beds, great value for money with a lot of things for cooking in the kitchen. bed linen - perfect! beds - cosy! the breakfast - 10 EUR, not a lot of food but you will not stay hungry. in general - very very good!
only the floor needed to be cleaned a bit but you can live with that :)
