Central location and clean. Parking not too far, so ok.
Bed mattress was dented in the middle, so no proper sleep. Bed linen, felt like sleeping on sandpaper. Window facing the inner courtyartd where you can take part in other people's private TV favourites all night long. Breakfast is debatable. It might be better to eat out.

Very nice hotel with wonderful staff. We got there late and still they where very nice and we ate schnitzel in the restaurant. It was very good as well.

The owner mr Igor stayed at the hotel longer then usual, because I could not check in earlier then 23:00. He is very friendly and took the time to explain all about his hotel. The car parking is near and easy to find after info by the owner via mail. Breakfast was heaven. At last fresh bread, fruit, nice coffee and the egg exactly as I like it. Interesting and nice person to communicate with mr Igor and I will certrainly come back when The fairs are 'in the air' again.

Location right next to the hair clinic. Very pleasant room and super friendly and respectful staff. I highly recommend.
Unreliable Wifi connection, not great for professional trips, the hotspot system should be fixed. No pure veggie / vegan option for the continental breakfast, but that's not a big deal.

in the center of Ratingen, close to a nice shopping street. Nice restaurant with reasonable prices
Had a room on the 3rd floor. No elevator, which is not fun at my age to drag my luggage upstairs

Wonderful
Thanks to the owner of the hotel for his hospitality, the hotel was clean and quiet, there are towels, very comfortable bed. It was easy to get to from the train station
The fridge in the room didn't work (I hope the owner will fix this) and no kettle, it would be great to add a kettle and a couple of tea bags :) everything else was great

Staff are exceptional. Owner made 100% sure everything I needed was taken care of, including trip to the airport in early hours of the morning. Daughter working in the restaurant was very friendly and just as helpful. Close enough to the airport.
Price was very high, but there was a fair on in Duesseldorf so all hotel prices are inflated. Navigating 3 flights of stairs - no elevator. Owner offered to carry luggage up.

Pleasant
Right in the center of Ratingen. Breakfast was good with handmade, excellent Cappucino.
Room to the back with noisy and smelly ventilation outside. Not so nice view into the trashed backyard.
