The room and hotel location are good.
I asked the guy in the reception when the restaurant opened? He told me that the restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday so you need to walk to the town for food, I checked before if the hotel had a restaurant! Anyway, I asked him if I could buy a beer and he told me that it was not possible due to he already finished everything for the day, hey time was 8.p.m.
Unfortunately the personnel was not service minded at all, either in the reception or at the breakfast.

Far too expensive, very profit driven, heating off when arriving (October) took forever too get the heating going, breakfast very basic, yogurt refilled into old jam glasses.
Very small portion dinner and for what is was too expensive.
And to optimise profit even more the use the environment as an excuse not to clean the rooms See foto

The breakfast was ok but the terrible service did not make it any worth while. The table was not cleaned accordingly. You first had to ask that the already used plates be removed so that you had enough space. The pool was ok but we did not get fresh towels to use. When my wife asked for towels she got a rude answer from the staff. The service at this Hotel is one of the worst or probably worst for the money we paid. We teavel a lot but we have never come across such service.
The owners and staff of the Hotel were really unfriendly. The service was terrible and i really regret spending money and time at the Hotel. We were a Family of four. We paid 442 for two nights. I do not recommend anyone spending time or money at the Hotel. For that kind of money i propose something anything else.
