The apartment is very rationally fitted. It offers all that one may need, including the kitchen and appliances, but no frills. It is possible to have meals inside or outside, in front of the apartment.
There is basically no service at all. The keys were in the door to the apartment, accessed directly from the road. Inside, you find a document of several pages of instructions, in German only. You only see the manager when he comes to pick the payment for the communal tax - which must be paid in cash.

Dog-friendly, spacious apartments in a nice location. Well equipped kitchens and a nice balcony. Flexible self-check-in, and available parking on site.
Warm water would randomly just stop coming in the shower and one would have to wait a couple of minutes for it to come back. Instructions left in the apartment regarding wifi names/passwords were outdated.

Wonderful
Our apartment in the Villa Waldblick was very clean and in good order. The location is wonderful, being only 1 km from the beach and in walking distance to shops and restaurants. But even with the proximity to these areas, it was very quiet.
Not much really. A larger kitchen, but there is not much that can be done about that. Even so, we were able to prepare meals for ourselves without any problems.
