Exceptional
Location is very convenient. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel itself located in such a way that makes it easy to explore the Rügen island.
Additional fees are applied due to the city taxes. By paying those you get an access to the beach and a small city “train”. The only thing that I don’t like, is that an accurate information regarding these fees was not provided in advance.

Wonderful
Good Location: The hotel is ideally situated close to the beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. Additionally, it's conveniently near the bus stop and one of the station of the "Rasender Roland," which made getting around easy and fun.
Convenient Check-in: I arrived late at night, but the check-in process was seamless. I received an email with clear instructions on how to collect the keys, which made my late-night arrival stress-free.
Friendly Staff: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had during my stay.
Good Breakfast: The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.
The only downside was the pillow, which I found to be uncomfortable.

Nice breakfast. The only one disadvantage - it was a bit cold in the room. But the room was neat and it was very quiet, comfortable to rest.

Very service minded staff who accommodated us with serving breakfast already 30 minutes before normal serving hours, so that we could enjoy breakfast before our ferry departure from Sassnitz. This was a lovely gesture, thank you. Bright and spacious rooms, all very clean. And walking distance to the sea front. We wish we had stayed more than one night!
The information leaflets in the room would have been great if it was also available in English for us that do not speak German that well.

The staff were all kind and friendly! Perfect location! The breakfast was literally amazing! The villa is well designed and decorated! So lovely that they lit up candles for each table at breakfast time! So clean, peaceful and nostalgic! I also loved the free tea and coffee!

The location is near the area with multiple restaurants and also a short walk to the beach and train station. The room was spotless, bright with man windows to let the sun shine in, and the beds super comfortable.
