Location was good and proximity to the beach
The rooms were pretty dirty (hairs in bathroom, dust in wardrobes and dirty floors) Advertising of private beach which is simply not true Breakfast buffet half empty (literally no fruit at 8:30) Pictures on booking portray a lot neater property which did not match reality

Awesome beach
For a junior Suite - it felt like some furniture got mixed together into a space in various stages of renovation. There was a nail on the wall without anything hanging (not that the prints from the nineties were any better than blank walls). The bathroom was outdated with a strange construction that made the water run out onto the floor wholesale showering. I wonder how a five star hotel can provide such a run down junior Suite.
You had to ask for room service.
The buffet was very basic and super busy during rush hours. I wonder - not the greatest option during corona pandemic.

Rooms were clean. Private beach was good
Breakfast was understandably impacted by COVID-19 - but was very basic Both mornings there was confusion we needed a table for three Rooms were very basic
