Breakfast itself about good standard, setup very nice, with 23 Euro per person a ripoff. About 15 Euro would have been fair.
On the night we stayed was an event in the hotel. Even in the 5th floor noise, no sleep before 02:00. Just watching TV until it was over. Parking is only at park house, adding 15 Euro for the night.

Size of room. Cleanliness. Location. Accessibility. Parking facility.
Please put rubbish bags in the bins. Check-in was a bit confusing with regards to the Booking reservation, the price of the room was more expensive but they were not able to explain why.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Vienna House in Osnabruck.
Pleasant staff, very good breakfast, good location just outside the city centre.
I was a dissapointment that they have removed the fridges out of all the rooms.
That's a bad thing for a quality hotel at this price level.

Nice location, very close to the old town of Osnabrck. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.
The room design and layout had been somewhat below our expectations. It felt a bit careless. Luckily, we did not spend too much of our time in the room.

There is a bus station right next to the hotel with buses that go directly to the train station. My room was facing some trees so it had a nice view, and the room itself was spacious.
The wifi was horrible. It would drop every few minutes. It was impossible to have a video call. I do not recommend for business travel, and even for leisure it's important to know to not rely on the wifi.
The pillows were also pretty thin and uncomfortable.

Can only recommend the place. It is very close to the city center and the botanical garden. Everything was very clean, elegant and comfy. The breakfast was phenomenal.
Just a minor thing: they have inbuilt shampoo and body wash etc., but they had not all been refilled. That does not take away from the great experience though.
