Great breakfast and overall good value for what you pay.
There are several little issues that could be improved upon for greater comfort:
No mini fridge in the hotel room. No air conditioning. Wifi isn’t the best. Hotel doesn’t do laundry. Beds don’t have good pillows.

Really nice clean hotel. Staff were excellent.
Parking was in the garage underneath and cost 18eu.
Breakfast was pretty good, omelettes cooked to order for instance.
Easy five minute walk to the city centre.

Location was really good.
The rooms were very hot - not only mine but all 4 rooms in level 4: and when we asked Reception on FRI if the rooms could be cooled a bit we were informed this is a centralized cooling system and the person responsible was not in. I have to say we all are usually cold - therefore for us 4 to feel the room too hot means it was really too hot. Even though we all opened all windows nonstop- the rooms were just too hot. Heating was not on.

I booked your hotel because during my time living in Osnabruck it was considered to be the top hotel in the city. I have to say I was somewhat disappointed.
1 There were no facilities in our room for making tea or coffee.
2 We requested non feather / down pillows as my partner has an allergy. We received replacements at second time of asking ,unfortunately these were again feather filled. I contacted reception as it was evening and was told by the member of staff on duty and I quote “ I am on my own there is nothing I can do. “ Not the most helpful response I am sure you will agree. It took 3 full days before we received the requested pillows.
3. The food on offer in the breakfast buffet was also lukewarm at best . However the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Breakfast was very good and there was enough of everything and more. Also the waiters did a very good job.
Everything is very good, they could answer your questions, fe. at the bar you wanted to drink something and you ask what was better they could explain perfect which beer etc....
