Cute hotel, very centrally located, with a small spa inside.
They did not respond to email trying to book treatments at the spa, which turned out to not be offering treatments that weekend (we only heard it once there).

Hotel itself was fine. Good location.
Waiting on staff in restaurant ignored us and served diners coming in after us. My husband had to ask if we could be served! It wasnt appreciated and they were unfriendly after that. Wont stay there again.

The Walhalla is located in the beautiful old town of Osnabrck. You can comfortably park your car in the garage of the hotel and can reach everything on foot. The very spacious room was located in the old part of the hotel, overlooking the Town Hall and Marktplatz.
The rooms in the old part of the hotel are difficult to reach as the building has many stairs and corridors and only one lift to take you to a floor that is not located on the level of some rooms. No help has been offered at the reception to carry luggage. Might be difficult for elderly or impaired guests.
