It was night around 11:30PM and the key which was given to us was not working seems couldn't open the door and I was stranded outside with my family. Luckily we got another tenant in the same hotel opened the door and we could able to enter. The hotel reponsible person didn't answered the call and not even bothered to check in the morning with my missed calls.

Friendly staff. Helpful with any questions. Clean towels daily.
Lack of refrigerator. Parking driveway is a tight fit for your car.

The location was were approachable, near to the centre of Oberhausen.
The room was really dirty (the sheets, the floor, all the surfaces etc.) and the staff of the hotel was not helpful.
