Perfect location, just on the edge of the city. The car park is great, if not a little tight once in there. The staff were great at helping us park. The breakfast was superb. Plenty of choice and all very nice. The room was very hot, but I had a fan to keep me cool.
The bed wasn't the most comfy, but it was good enough to sleep in.

The best and delicious breakfasts in Europe are served at this hotel.The best location in the city. Sterile cleanliness in the hotel and in the room. A comfortable bed and quiet, despite the tourist center.

What a great hotel!
We had rooms on the 4th floor with lovely views over the town. Parking was reasonably priced, staff were very friendly and rooms were clean. The best part is the amazing location and excellent value for money. Will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends.
Nothing that we didn’t like, my only suggestion would be newer carpet to make the place look a little more modern

Love the location of this hotel. An nice walk to Old Towne, close to restaurants, the central market square, and the city. The rooms are quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and crisp lines. It has large towels and toiletries in the spotlessly clean bathroom. Breakfast is delicious with a great variety of foods. There is a small bar area open from 7-11 p.m, too. Best of all, the staff was polite, helpful and so responsive.

Expensive for what you get. Breakfast very mediocre. Bedrooms tired. Had expected so much more. Basically it is not much better than a good budget hotel, which you would have paid half the price.

Ideally situated near the Christmas Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived late due to flight delays. The chap on reception was welcoming and couldn't do enough to help me!
